A full charge from a standard household outlet typically takes about 4–6 hours. A GGR fast charger reduces this significantly. You can top up anytime — you don’t need to run the battery flat first.
Yes. Out-of-stock models can be reserved with a booking deposit. We collect the remaining balance once your unit is ready, then arrange delivery after your documents are verified. Track every step under “My Products” in your account.
Typically your identity document and supporting registration paperwork. You can upload them in your account at any time, and our team verifies them while your bike is prepared — delivery is scheduled once payment and verification are both complete.
New vehicles and batteries include a manufacturer warranty covering defects. Keep your invoice and follow the recommended service schedule to keep cover valid. Wear items and accidental damage aren’t covered.
Yes — we deliver across Malaysia. Vehicle delivery is arranged once payment is complete and your registration documents are verified; parts and accessories ship as soon as they’re ready.
